입양은 아동이 건강하게 성장할 수 있도록 지원하는 합법적인 제도와 사회복지서비스 차원의 하나로 우리 사회의 시대적. 사회적 상황의 요구에 의해 제기되는 중요한 주제 중 하나이다. 본 논고는 이러한 관점에서 아동의 입양문제에 대한 한국교회의 사회적 책임과 역할이 무엇인지 그 방안을 기독교적인 관점에서 모색한 글이다. 교회공동체는 종교적 기능과 더불어 사회적 기능에 따라 사회현안의 문제를 신앙의 실천적 과제에 충실하기 위해 나름대로 의미 있고 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 또 한국교회가 입양문제와 같은 사회현안의 문제를 선교의 문제로 접근함으로 사회문제를 해결해 가며, 하나님의 나라와 뜻을 이루어 갈 수 있다.따라서 본고는 입양에 대해 관심을 가져야 할 성경적이고 신학적인 근거가 무엇이며, 교회공동체가 입양문제에 관심을 가져야 할 이유를 제시하였다. 그리고 우리 사회의 입양의 현실과 문제점이 어떠한지를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 신앙의 실천적 과제의 하나로 여기는 입양문제에 대해 한국교회가 어떠한 역할을 할 수 있는지를 살펴보았다. 본 논고에서는 한국교회가 입양사업을 구체적으로 수행하기 위한 역할로 규범 제시자, 이슈 제기자, 서비스 제공자와 프로그램 개발자, 재원 조달자, 사례 관리자, 정책형성 과정 개입자로서 그 역할을 각각 제시하였다.
Abstract
Adoption is very important theme raised by requesting of historical, social situation, as a dimension of legislative system and social welfare service so that the child may be well grow up in our society. The purpose of this article is to seek the very christian alternation on what is social duty and its role in Korean church about the problem of adoption for the child in such as a question. Church community has both a mean and play an important part with carrying out practical task of faith to solve social problems according to a religious function and social it. Also We think that Korean church can accomplish the kingdom of God and its will through solving social problems by approaching in task of mission as the problem of adoption. Therefore We would suggest that what is biblical and theological evidences to concern for adoption, or reason of having concern for problem of adoption in church community. And then We would research what are situations and problems in our country. Through this research, We would examine that what is a role of Korean church for the problem of adoption as a practical task of own faith. Finally this article would show a presenter of norm, of issue, an offerer of service, a developer of program, a supplier of fund, a manager of case, and a participant in processing of policy forming as roles for the efficient conduct of business for adoption in Korean church.
