본고는 南圃 金萬英(1624~1671)의 한시에서 지속적으로 노출되고 있는 외로움과 회피의 정서를 살펴, 그것의 형상화 방식, 동인, 함의 등을 밝혀 그 지향점을 밝히고자 작성되었다. 남포는 “꿈속에는 좋은 일만 많은데, 인간세상에는 고달픈 일만 가득하구나.”라고 수시로 말할 정도로 현실을 부정하고 피한 인물이다. 그것은 남포의 15세에 일가친척 및 부친이 돌림병으로 인한 사망이 원인으로 작용한 결과라 할 수 있다. 그렇기에 그의 시는 외로움, 운둔, 고달픔, 한가로움, 피세 등이 주를 이룬다. 그렇다 할지라도 그가 어렸을 적부터 수학한 유가는 학문의 뿌리가 되었고, 다만 현실 반영으로 인한 도가적 사상이 어느 정도 접점에 이른 것도 사실이다. 따라서 그의 시에는 ‘鶴’이라든지 ‘大鵬’과 같은 시어를 흔히 발견할 수 있고, 虛靜의 心態를 쉽게 볼 수 있으며, 그 理想境 또한 忘機를 통한 眞機를 강조하고 있다. 특히 외로움과 회피의 정서가 주를 이루는 상황에서 참된 마음을 잃지 않으려 ‘眞心’을 강조하고 있음이 남포 시의 특징이다.
Abstract
This article was written to examine the loneliness, relaxation, and alienation of the world that are constantly revealed in the poems of Nampo Kim Man-young (1624~1671), and to reveal its formative methods, drivers, and implications. Nampo is a person who denied and avoided reality to the point where he said every time, "There are only many good things in the dream, but the human world is full of hard things." It can be said that this is the result of the death of relatives and fathers due to illness at the age of 15 in Nampo. Therefore, his poetry has a lot of loneliness, seclusion, etc. Even so, oil prices, which he had studied since he was young, have become the root of his studies, but it is also true that the ideology of Taoism due to reflection of reality has reached some point of contact. Therefore, poems such as "hak" and "Daebung" can be commonly found in his poems, and it is easy to see the calm state of mind, and beyond that, the world also emphasizes the true heart that has forgotten greed. In particular, Nampo City is characterized by the emphasis on "true heart" so as not to lose the true heart in a situation where loneliness and turning their backs on the world are centered.
