성인학습자의 내부결속력, 지식공유, 대학생활적응, 학업성과 간의 구조적 관계

The Structural Relationships between Adult Learners' Internal Cohesion, Knowledge Sharing, College Life Adaptation, and Academic Performance

초록

본 연구의 목적은 성인학습자의 내부결속력, 지식공유, 대학생활적응, 학업성과 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 평생교육지원체제 지원사업(LiFE)에 참여하고 있는 4년제 대학교 2곳 중 평생교육체제 단과대학에 재학하고 있는 성인학습자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 2024년 9월 1일부터 9월 30일까지 설문을 실시한 후 최종유효표본으로 236부를 사용하였다. 분석 방법으로 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 가설검증을 실시하였으며, 실증된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 내부결속력이 지식공유에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 내부결속력은 대학생활적응에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다, 셋째, 지식공유가 대학생활적응에 정(+)의 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지식공유가 학업성과에 영향을 미치는 것은 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 다섯째, 대학생활적응은 학업성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 내부결속력이 대학생활에 영향을 미치는 데 있어 지식공유는 부분매개효과 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지식공유가 학업성과에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 대학생활적응이 완전매개효과 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 성인학습자들의 학업성과를 향상시키기 위해 조직 내 내부결속력을 강화하고 지식공유 및 대학생활적응을 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 제언하고자 한다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationships between adult learners' internal cohesion, knowledge sharing, college life adaptation, and academic performance. To this end, a survey was conducted targeting adult learners enrolled in the lifelong education college system at two four-year universities participating in the Lifelong education at universities for the Future Education(LiFE) project. The survey was conducted from September 1 to September 30, 2024, and a total of 236 valid responses were used for the final sample. To test the hypotheses, a structural equation model was employed. The results of the empirical study are as follows: First, internal cohesion positively affects knowledge sharing. Second, internal cohesion positively influences college life adaptation. Third, knowledge sharing positively affects college life adaptation. Fourth, knowledge sharing does not statistically affect academic performance, and thus this hypothesis was rejected. College life adaptation positively affects academic performance. Additionally, it was found that knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role in the effect of internal cohesion on college life adaptation. Furthermore, college life adaptation fully mediates the effect of knowledge sharing on academic performance. Based on these results, recommendations are made to enhance academic performance for adult learners by strengthening internal cohesion within organizations and promoting knowledge sharing.
