대학생을 대상으로 DAPR의 자아개념과 스트레스 측정 비교 타당화 예비 연구

본 연구는 DAPR이 대학생의 스트레스와 자아개념을 측정하는 도구로서 신뢰도와 타당성을 갖추고 있는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 충청북도에 위치한 대학의 대학생 128명을 군집표집 하였다. 측정도구는 DAPR, 개정판 대학생용 생활스트레스 척도, 자아개념 척도를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 신뢰도 검증을 위해 채점자간 일치도를 백분율로 산출하였으며, 내적일치도는 Cronbach’s α 계수를 사용하여 검증하였다. 공인타당도는 Pearson의 적률상관계수를 통해 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 검사자 및 채점자 훈련을 통해 채점자간 일치도가 안정적으로 나타났으며, 각 검사 문항반응의 일관성을 확보한 결과 내적 일치도 또한 안정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 공인타당도 검증에서 생활스트레스 척도와의 상관은 웅덩이의 존재와 특성, 선으로 된 비, 보호물, 코, 목에서 나타났다. 자아개념과의 상관은 웅덩이, 비의 스타일마다 카운트, 웅덩이 안 물방울 유무, 보호물이 있다, 얼굴 전체가 보임, 얼굴의 미소, 코, 입, 팔, 손에서 나타났다. DAPR이 스트레스와 자아개념에 대해 높은 수준의 타당성을 확보하지는 못했으나, 환경적 요인은 스트레스 측정, 인물의 적절한 표현은 자아개념과 유의한 연관성을 보였다. 따라서, DAPR은 대학생의 스트레스 상황에서 자아개념을 측정할 수 있는 가능성을 보여준다.
Abstract
This study aimed to examine the reliability and validity of the Draw A Person in the Rain (DAPR) test as a tool for measuring stress and self-concept among university students. Participants were 128 students recruited through cluster sampling from a university in Chungcheongbuk-do. Instruments included the DAPR, the Revised College Student Life Stress Scale, and the Self-Concept Scale. For reliability analysis, Inter-rater agreement was calculated as a percentage, and internal consistency was evaluated using Cronbach’s α coefficient. Criterion-related validity was assessed using Pearson’s correlation coefficients. Results indicated that inter-rater agreement and internal consistency were stable. Concurrent validity analysis showed that life stress was correlated with features such as puddles, line-shaped rain, protective objects, the nose, and the neck. Self-concept was correlated with puddles, rain styles, raindrops in puddles, protective objects, visibility of the entire face, facial expressions (e.g., smiling), as well as features of the nose, mouth, arms, and hands. Although the DAPR did not demonstrate strong validity for either stress or self-concept, environmental factors were related to stress, and accurate representation of human figures was associated with self-concept. These findings suggest that the DAPR has potential as a tool for assessing self-concept in stress-related contexts among university students.
