본 연구의 목적은 노후화와 경쟁력 저하라는 구미국가산업단지의 한계를 극복하고 스마트화를 통한 재도약 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 구미국가산업단지의 현황과 경쟁력 요인을 살펴보고, 스마트화 전략을 제시한다. 스마트화 전략은 스마트 국가산업단지 생태계구축, 스마트 국가산업단지 기반구축, 스마트 국가산업단지 인재육성 및 창업지원으로 구분하였는데, 첫째, 스마트 국가산업단지 생태계구축으로는 개방형․양방향 제조 빅데이터 플랫폼 구축 등 7개 과제를 제시한다. 둘째, 스마트 국가산업단지 기반구축에서는 질 좋은 정주여건 조성을 위한 맞춤형 주거인프라 제공 등 7개 과제를 제시한다. 셋째, 스마트 국가산업단지 인재육성 및 창업지원에서는 대경 HuStar연계형 스마트혁신 전문인력 양성 등 5개 과제를 제시한다. 이를 통해 본 연구가 구미국가산업단지 재도약 정책에 시사점을 제공하기를 기대한다.
Abstract
This study aims at overcoming limitations of deterioration and losing competitive capacity of Gumi National Industrial Complex and suggesting strategies of its rebuilding through smartization. For this, the current status and competitive factors of Gumi National Industrial complex are reviewed and then, the suggestions for smartization strategies are made. The smartization strategies are classified into building ecosystem for smart national industrial complex, establishing basis of smart national industrial complex, rearing talented for smart national industrial complex and supporting startups, and firstly, for building smart national industrial complex ecosystem, seven tasks including establishment of open, interactive manufacturing big data platform, were suggested. Second, for establishing basis of smart national industrial complex. seven tasks including offering customized housing infrastructure for better housing conditions, were suggested. Third, for rearing talented for smart national industrial complex and supporting startups, five tasks including rearing Daekyung HuStar-linked smart innovative experts, were suggested. From these suggestions, it is expected that the study will offer implications for polices to rebuild Gumi National Industrial Complex.
