본 연구는 국가대표 여자 유도선수가 주말 여가에 겪는 다양한 여가제약을 어떻게 극복하며 협상전략을 세워나가는지를 연구하는 데 있다. 심층면담 후 실시한 현상학적 분석결과, 주말 여가제약에는 개인 내적제약, 대인적 제약, 구조적제약이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 개인 내적제약으로는 경제적 부담과 체력부족 및 주말의 여가 제재에 대한 불만이 여기에 해당하였고, 대인적 제약으로는 동반자 부재와 여가활동에 대한 동반자와의 선호도 차이를 들었고, 구조적 제약으로는 시간과 장소의 제한 및 여가정보 부족이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 주말 여가제약을 극복하기위한 여가협상전략으로는 동반자 찾기, 여가를 위한 경비 마련과 여가관련 정보탐색 그리고 포상휴가를 얻으려는 노력이 있었다. 그들의여가협상전략은 내외적인 여가제약을 극복하는 데 유효하였으며 주말에 편안한 여가를 즐기는 역할을 하고 있었다.
Abstract
This study was to examine leisure constraints of the national team female Judo players by exploring their lives during the weekends, investigating on how research subjects establish strategies to overcome obstacles, and to provide an effective way to enjoy leisure for them. This study derived sub-topics including phenomenological analysis results, internal constraints, interpersonal constraints, and structural constraints via in-depth interview to explore leisure constraints elements from the course of the participation in leisure. As for internal constraints, elements of leisure constraints were economical burdens, weak stamina, and dissatisfaction against the constraints of leisure, while interpersonal constraints were limited company for leisure activities and a difference in the preference of leisure activities with the company. Finally, the structural constraints were limited places and times and lack of information for leisure activities. Female Judo players in the national team exert an effort to overcome leisure constraints, and, as for negotiation strategies for leisure constraints, they were search for company for leisure activities, preparation for the activity fees, navigation of program information, and incentive vacation. Negotiation strategies from female Judo players in the national team are applied on both internal and external constraints of the players, leading to play a role of supporting a convenient leisure activity during the weekends.
