이 연구는 농촌체험마을의 지속가능성에 관한 연구로 농산어촌 관광마을과 관련된 선행연구를 검토하여 체험마을 사무장을 통한 농촌체험휴양마을의 지속가능성에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한, 10여 년간 운영되고 있는 두억행복드림 농촌체험휴양마을 사례를 통해 사무장의 채용･지원과 마을리더, 주민 간의 원활한 관계 형성이 지속적인 마을 운영에 미치는 영향을 탐색하였다. 연구결과를 정리해 보면 농촌체험마을의 지속가능성을 높이기 위해서 전문인력인 사무장이 오랫동안 자부심을 가지고 체험을 기획･운영하는데 전념하도록 사무장의 채용과 지위를 지속 보장하고, 마을리더, 주민과 신뢰를 바탕으로 소통하고 배려하여 마을 운영이 활발하게 이루어지는 환경을 조성해야 한다. 사무장의 잦은 교체는 체험업무의 연속성은 물론, 마을리더 및 주민과의 관계형성에도 큰 장애요인이 된다. 코로나19로 인해 체험마을은 새로운 전환점에 서 있다. 가족단위 체험객, 체험재료의 키트화, 유튜브를 통한 체험 진행 등 변화되는 트렌드에 대응하는 사무장의 역할이 더욱 중요한 시기이다.
Abstract
This study, investigated the sustainability of rural experience villages through the perspective of the village manager through a review of previous research related to agricultural tourism villages. In addition, through the case of the Dueok Happy Dream Rural Experience Village, which has been in operation for about 10 years, the effect of hiring and supporting the office manager and forming a smooth relationship between village leaders and residents for the continuous operation of the village was explored. Summarizing the results of the study, in order to increase the sustainability of rural experience villages, the hiring and status of the professional manager should be such that the manager can concentrate on planning and operating the experience with pride over the long term, and based on trust with village leaders and residents. It is also necessary to create an environment in which village operations can be actively conducted through communication and mutual consideration. A frequent change of office manager is a major obstacle to the continuity of experience work, as well as to the formation of relationships with village leaders and residents. Due to COVID-19, experience villages are at a new turning point. This is a more important time for the role of the office manager to respond to changing trends, such as family-based experience visitors, use of kits for experience materials, and experience progress through YouTube
