태권도 전공자들의 전공만족, 학습지속의향, 진로목표지향성, 취업준비역량의 관계

본 연구는 태권도 전공자들의 전공만족, 학업지속의향, 진로목표지향성, 취업준비역량의 관계를 규명하여 태권도 전공자들의 진로교육과 진로지도에 유용한 자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다. 국내 태권도학과 및 태권도전공자들을 모집단으로 설정하고 3개 대학의 3, 4학년을 대상으로 220명을 최종 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고 설정한 모형의 검증과 연구문제를 규명하기 위하여 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석(CFA)과 구조방정식모형(SEM)을 이용하였다. 모형이 적합한 것을 확인한 후 개별가설을 검증하였으며, 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공만족은 학습지속의향에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전공만족은 진로목표지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전공만족은 취업준비역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습지속의향은 취업준비역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 진로목표지향성은 취업준비역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 결론적으로 전공만족을 높이는 것이 태권도 전공대학생들의 학습지속의향과 진로목표지향성 및 취업준비역량에 긍정적으로 영향을 미쳐 취업률 향상에 도움이 될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.
Abstract
A significance of this study is to provide the findings as a data for Taekwondo majors’ career education and guidance through knowing the structural relationship of their major satisfaction, learning persistence, career goal orientation, and employment preparation capability. The researchers set the 220 third and fourth-year Taekwondo major undergraduates as the research participants. For the analyses, frequency analysis, EFA, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, CFA, SEM was performed by SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0. The verifications of hypotheses have done after the ascertained validity of research model, and the researchers found out the some facts. Firstly, major satisfaction is a positively influential factor in learning persistence. Secondly, major satisfaction is a positively influential factor in career goal orientation. Thirdly, major satisfaction is a positively influential factor in employment preparation capability. Fourthly, learning persistence is a positively influential factor in employment preparation capability. Lastly, career goal orientation is a positively influential factor in employment preparation capability. Therefore, increasing major satisfaction could help to increase the employment rate of Taekwondo majors.
