해외진출 태권도 지도자 인턴십 프로그램 사례와 전략에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 해외진출 태권도 지도자 인턴십 프로그램 사례와 전략을 분석하고 인턴십 프로그램 의 문제점, 교육내용, 성공요인 등을 제시하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 국내 B대학 교 해외 인턴십 프로그램 교육과정을 분석하고 해외 인턴십 교육경험 대학교수 3명, 해외 지도자 3명, 인턴십 참가학생 2명을 심층면담하여 해외 인턴십 프로그램의 문제점, 교육내용, 성공요인 등을 분석하 였다. 해외진출 태권도 지도자 인턴십 프로그램 실시하고 있는 B대학교는 산업인력관리공단 K-Move 해외취업연수 사업에 선정되어 태권도 직무교육 307시간, 어학교육 265시간, 해외취업의 실제, 노동법 규, 성희롱 교육 35시간 등 총 607시간 6개월간의 인턴십 프로그램을 진행하였다. 또한 대학자체 중국 태권도 지도자 전문 육성 교육과정을 진행하고, 태권도 전문실기 교육 38시간, 어학교육 30시간을 통해 중국 태권도 시장에 학생들을 진출시키고 있었다. 해외진출 태권도 지도자 인턴십 프로그램의 문제점은 국내지도자 차원에서는 ‘ 해외 도장의 행정적 체계성 부족’, ‘취업비자의 어려움’, ‘현지도장의 열악한 처우’, ‘인턴십 참여학생의 인성’, ‘현지도장 지도자의 철학과 국내 교육의 간극’ 등으로 분석되었으며, 해외지도자 차원에서는 ‘태권도 교육에 필요한 언어교육의 부족’, ‘해외 도장에 맞는 교육방식 및 커리큘 럼 교육 미비’, ‘참여학생의 자신감 부재’ 등을 문제점으로 꼽았다. 참여학생은 ‘해외 진출 비자에 관한 정보 부족’, ‘호신술, 검술 등 타 무도 교육 필요’, ‘태권도 영어 등 어학교육 부족’등을 문제점으로 제시하 였다. 해외진출 태권도 지도자 인턴십 프로그램에 필요한 교육내용은 태권도 실기교육, 태권도 이론교 육, 어학교육, 인성교육, 합법적 신분교육, 현지 문화교육 등 총 6개의 핵심범주로 파악되었다. 해외진출 태권도 지도자 인턴십 프로그램의 성공요인으로 첫째, ‘참여학생의 마음가짐과 인성’, 둘째, ‘한국 대학 태권도학과의 관심과 노력’, 셋째, ‘현지도장의 협력과 현실인식’이 제시되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the cases and strategies of Taekwondo internship program for overseas expansion and to present the problems, educational contents, and success factors of the internship program. To achieve the purpose of this study, we analyzed the Korean B University overseas internship program curriculum. In-depth interviews were conducted with three university students, three overseas leaders, and two internship participants to analyze the problems, educational contents, and success factors of the internship program. B University is conducting K-Move Overseas Employment Training Project. A total of 607 hours and 6 months of internship programs were provided, including 307 hours of taekwondo job training, 265 hours of language education, actual employment of overseas employment, labor laws, and 35 hours of sexual harassment education. The problems of the internship program that Korea professors think were analyzed due to the lack of administrative system of overseas gym, the difficulty of employment visa, poor treatment of local gym, the personality of internship students, the philosophy of local gym leaders , and domestic education. Problems of Internship Program Considered by Overseas Leaders: The lack of language education needed for Taekwondo education, the lack of education and curriculum education for overseas gym, and the lack of confidence among participating students were cited as problems. Participating students suggested the lack of information on overseas visas, the need for other martial arts such as self-defense and swordsmanship, and the lack of Taekwondo English education. Six core categories were identified: Taekwondo practical education, Taekwondo theoretical education, language education, character education, legal status education, and local cultural education. The success factors of the Taekwondo instructors internship program for overseas expansion were the attitudes and personality of participating students, the interest and effort of the Taekwondo department of the Korean university, and the cooperation and recognition of the present leader.
