Abstract

Explore the attributes and characteristics of leaders' perceptions of online Taekwondo classes during the Corona period. Q methodology was applied. The Q population was formed and the final 25 Q samples were selected. A total of 20 directors who guide Taekwondo were determined as P samples and Q classification was performed. It was analyzed through orthogonal rotation with the main factor analysis method using PQ method 2.35. Four types were derived. The overall type of explanatory power is 62%. Type 1 (N=7) is a marginal cognitive type of online Taekwondo education. Eisen value is 4.6541 and explanatory variance ratio is 23%. Type 2 (N=8) is a wish to revitalize online Taekwondo education and expand the base. Eisen value is 3.4304 and explanatory variance is 17%. Type 3 (N=2) is a non-face-to-face online education device development type that is not restricted by environmental restrictions. The Eisen value is 2,5839, and the explanatory variance ratio is 13%. Type 4 (N=3) is the effectiveness of online Taekwondo education and the future pursuit of the Taekwondo market. Eisen value is 1.7182 and explanatory variance ratio is 9%. In addition, it is a common point for each type. A common positive opinion is a structure in which it is difficult to share the various competencies and emotional communication of leaders. A common negative opinion is the possibility of applying various large-scale classes. In this study, it can be seen that more importance is placed on revitalizing online Taekwondo education and pursuing the future of the Taekwondo market in the type of leader's perception of online Taekwondo classes.
