예술고와 전문계고 학생들의 학습동기와 일상적창의성과의 관계 연구

본 연구는 고등학생들의 학습동기와 일상적 창의성과의 관계를 알아보기 위해서 광주광역시 A, B, C 고등학교 305명을 대상으로 빈도분석, t 검, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 전문계고 학생들은 학교 밖에서학습결과를 계속해서 이어가려는 경향이 있다. 예술고 학생들은 다양한 경험과자유를 추구하려는 경향, 새로운 경험이나 생각을 기꺼이 수용하려는 경향, 다른 사람의 생각보다는 혼자서 일을 하려는 경향이 높으며, 주변의 사물이나 현상에 관심을 더 갖는 경향이 있다. 둘째, 전문계고 학생들의 학습동기와 일상적 창의성 상관관계 중에서 내적동기가 창의성과 높은 상관이 있다. 셋째, 예술고와 전문계고 학생들의 학습동기에 영향을 주는 일상적 창의성 변인은 다르다. 따라서 학교유형별 학생들의 학교 학습에서 동기 변인이 다르기 때문에 학교유형별 특성을 살린 교육과정이필요하다.
Abstract
This study looked at 305 highschool students' learning motivation and its relationship with everyday creativity everyday in 3 schools in Gwangju. Frequency analysis, t test, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. Analyses showed that first, the vocational highschool students tend to continue learning outcomes outside the school. Arts highschool students tend to pursue a variety of experiences and freedom, to embrace the new ideas and experience, to work alone and to pay more attention to surrounding things and events. Second, there was a high correlation between internal motivation and creativity in vocational highschool students. Third, there was a difference in variables of creativity affecting internal motivation in two types of highschool students. Therefore, different curriculums are necessary since there are different learning motivation depending on school type
