중국의 서구경제학 수용에 관한 연구

근현대사에 있어서 중국은 두 번의 중요한 대외개방기를 경험하게 된다. 첫 번째 개방기가 2차 아편전쟁 이후부터 신중국 성립까지(1860년- 1949년)라면 두 번째 개방기는 중국의 개혁개방정책이후 부터라고 볼 수있다. 아편전쟁 이후부터 신중국 성립까지 역사적 상황(내전과 항일전쟁) 때문에 서구경제학의 이론이 중국내에서 충분히 연구되고 정책화되지 못한 반면, 개혁개방이후 서구경제학은 중국적 맥락에서 ‘개혁경제학’의 이론적 토대가 되었다. 지금까지 중국경제가 성장과 시장개혁에 초점을 맞추고 있는 바, 이와 관련된 제도개혁파와 협조개혁파의 이론이 경제정책의 중심을 이루었다면 향후에는 안정 성장과 개체 개혁과 관련된 경제이론들이 주목받을 것으로 예상된다.
Abstract
Given that China had two opening eras in history, the period where China had been transformed to modern nation from 1850 to 1949 and the period where China has been under the reform and opening policy since 1980, western economics has been studied applied in policy in Chinse context. This study is aimed at analyzing and understanding historic process of studying and applying western economics in China. This study finds that in the early open era 1850-1949, western economics was not applied in economic policy extensively, due to the historic turmoils such as Civil war and war against Japan, even though various western economics was introduced and studied, while development economics has partly contributed in setting rural cooperatives. Mean while, in the current open-era, western economics has been widely accepted and studied since China is expanding and upgrading the scope and process of market reform. Seemingly, China has formed its own 'Reform Economics', whose theoretical base is mainly from western economics. Considering China is still on its path to economic growth and market reform, the schools of institution reform and cooperative reform have been influential in economic policy. Also, it can be forecasted that the schools of ownership reform and macro economic reform would be influential in economic policy in the future where economic stability and reform on individual economic entity will be important.
