초록
In this paper, we present the present state of ethical viewpoints related to the derivation of the traffic accident algorithm, which is the most fundamental issue among the ethical and legal issues that should be examined before the development of the fully automated vehicle (i.e. the fifth stage). Autonomous vehicles are the targets of industries that lead the future along with electric cars and artificial intelligence, and all advanced countries around the world strive to take the initiative. In a global world, the autonomous-drive vehicle's accident algorithm can not be competitive with its regional cha- racteristics. There seems to be no one to object to the diagnosis of this paper that the ethics and the legal system with respect to the fully automated vehicle should deal together urgently, keeping in mind the need to meet so-called international standards. Especially, the classical trolley problem/dilemma can not describe all the critical ethical and legal problems to be considered in forecasting and coping with the accident risk of autonomous vehicle 's computer system which can utilize futuristic and infinite judgment materials. In this regard, it seems urgent to review and actualize the realistic approaches and object perceptions that the objection to the existing methodology has shown.
