사회적 발달이론 관점에서의 청소년비행예방센터의 개선방향

Abstract

There is many opinion to explain about juvenile delinquency. However,the most effective thinking is that, juvenile delinquency is just developmental tasks of human life. The life course theory, the delinquent development theory and the developmental pathways theory have same thinking and points. Especially, these theories emphasis education and mentions to delinquent juvenile. By these If any delinquent juvenile don't have like those chances, he or she will be adult criminal. The center for juvenile delinquency prevention is very important role for delinquent juvenile in korea. But there is some problem. First, the education and counselling to delinquent juvenile are duplicable. Second,the efficacy of budget for delinquent juvenile is not good and make a wrong estimate to need of correctional budget. Third, there is just six the center for juvenile delinquency prevention in korea. Forth, the affaires of the bureau of crime prevention in the department of law are not enough specialization. So, i would like to some proposals to reform these problems. First proposal is establish of the bureau of juvenile delinquency prevention. Second proposal is integration between the probational office and correctional office in the department of the law. Third proposal is enlargement of the Youth Court Center. Fourth proposal is increase installation of the center for juvenile delinquency prevention. The roles and ideas of the center for juvenile delinquency prevention are accordant to community corrections and rehabilitation. We can't reproduce fully juvenile delinquency. But we can proper correctional education and monitoring to them. Eventually, the efforts cause to diminish youth crime and abnormalities.
