한국의 대학(원)에서 EU 교육 현황과 함의 : 교과과정(Curriculum)을 중심으로

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the current state of education on european union in korean universities. In the first place, as a result of analysing the general status of education on european union including member states, it appeared in curriculum that the more weight on a course of study on individual states - especially United Kingdom, Germany, France - was placed. On the other hand, a course on european union was comparatively more allocated in branches of economics, above all departments involved in commerce relations. Meanwhile, this article also analyzed curricula of universities and graduate schools, in which departments focused on european union studies and general study on europe including european union were separately established. That result was that most of them had more courses of its member states-level than those of european union level. Besides, those courses weight more heavily on fields of economy and culture. It found, therefore, that education to bring up EU specialists was not still enough in korean universities.
