Abstract
In this article, the author analyses payment provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code Articles Ⅲ and Ⅳ. This thesis focuses on several noteworthy features of the U.S. payment and collection procedures in comparison with their Korean counterpart provisions in the Korean Bill of Exchange and Promissory Note Act and the Korean Checks Act.
