「文賦」에 나타난 구상[意]ㆍ대상[物]ㆍ표현[文]의 상관관계 고찰

Abstract

LuJi(陸機, 261-303) was a XiJin(西晉) poet and critic. His WenFu(文賦) contains many comments on Chinese literature. The best suggestion in the book is at work in the writing process, and the planning process. He believed that the writer should be conscious of an awareness of nature, and make a study of classical literature. When one is about to write an original work, a matter of great importance is that ‘a thought should correspond to objects, words can completely express ideas. (意稱物, 文逮意.)’ He was a Confucianist, but put to use a thinking form of XuanXue(玄學). It is ‘words cannot completely express ideas(言不盡語), it is a saying from The Book of Changes(書不盡言, 言不盡語). Wang Bi(王弼) of Wei period(魏代) accepted developed the concept of Laozi's Taoism. However, as a matter of fact he made his case that literature was valuable in its benefits of society. In opposition to the concept of Wang Bi, without speech, we cannot be communicated, without names we cannot be distinguished. Therefore writers should pursue learning of expert knowledge and have an active imagination on literature. His literary theory was built of Wei period's XuanXue.
