변곡점에 선 한국의 대학교육과 4차 산업혁명 -지식담론에서 교육담론으로의 전환 필요성
Korean University Education at the inflection point and The 4th Industrial Revolution -Call for transformation from knowledge discourse to education discourse

Most of the recent discussions of university are on the future crisis and the need of transformation related with the 4th industrial revolution. However, the direction of this reform is too much focused on the knowledge discourse of What to teach and it is go off to the accelerating corporate university. This paper suggests that this direction should change to the education discourse and How to teach will be a new identity of university. And university should be independent community on which all the human, social, political issues and conditions can be discussed freely. To this end, this paper examines what the 4th industrial revolution based on WEF reports is and how it will change economy structure and labor structure. And this paper checks out the effect of spread of MOOC as a online education business on Korean universities and the problem of Ministry of Education's late announcement on the reform of a bachelor's education system. Then, this pater look into the problems of student's distorted learning competency which is made by the enforced entrance examination training. Finally, this paper suggests few agenda for new education discourse.
