Abstract

When do Chinese education, practical use of various digital media is required according to change of age. Representatively, can utilize on following direction: Chinese conversation that use DVD; Chinese reading that utilize electronic dictionary and web; Chinese composition that utilize composition or translation software; Chinese teaching material manufacture that use DVD. Digital medium and software offering many texts through various means by real time to learner, do to cultivate Chinese driving ability fast. Important software of each field is as following: ‘TH-OCR XP’ that is document awareness (OCR) software; ‘IBM ViaVoice 9’ that is speech recognition software; ‘Subrip 1.17’ that is title abstraction software; ‘寫作投稿寶典 3.0’ and ‘育名言詞典 2.0’ that is electron books software; ‘SmartRead 0.41’ that is Chinese reading software; ‘金山詞霸 2003’ that is Chinese dictionary software; ‘作文快手 8.5’ that is composition software; ‘金山快譯 2003’ hat is translation software. But, in case digital base Chinese education depends on digital medium overly, it costs abusive language of voluntary studying of a student. And, there is possibility to debase convergence and quality of studying preferably to professor's digital medium manufacturing inexperience. Conclusively, when utilize digital media maximum, following two ureas are important : Educator's lecture design and progress; Mutual understanding between digital medium and learners. Studying effect is decided according to degree of mutual understanding.
