· 연구 주제: 본 연구는 내러티브 면담을 통하여 간호대학생들의 정체성을 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. · 연구 배경: 간호사 부족 현상과 신규 간호사의 직장 조기 이탈의 사회적 문제가 지속되는 가운데 간호대학생때부터 긍정적인 정체성이 확립된다면 대학생활과 사회생활 적응을 높여 궁극적으로는 간호직에 대한 책임감과 만족감이 향상될 수 있을 것이다. · 선행연구와의 차이점: 지금까지 간호대학생의 정체성에 관한 연구는 정체성 수준을 측정하거나, 다른 변인들과의 관계에 관한 양적인 연구가 주류를 이루었다. 본 연구에서는 내러티브 연구라는 질적 연구방법을 통해 간호대학생들의 정체성 형성 과정을 보다 심층적으로 이해할 수 있다. · 연구방법: 연구는 2023년 3월부터 7월까지 5개월간 내러티브 분석방법으로 수행하였다. 연구 참여자는 총 6명이었고, 1인당 글쓰기와 면담 횟수는 총 4회이었으며 수집된 자료는 필사되었다. · 연구결과: 연구 대상자들의 정체성 형성과정은 자기인식, 문제인식, 자기이해, 자기극복의 총 4단계로 구성되었다. · 공헌점 및 기대효과: 간호대학생의 정체성 형성과정을 글쓰기와 내러티브 면담을 통해 질적으로 접근할 수 있었다는 점과 정체성 확립을 위한 프로그램 개발 연구의 기초연구가 되었다는 점에서 본 연구의 의의가 있다.
Abstract
· Research topics: This study was attempted to confirm the identity of nursing students through narrative interviews. · Research background: The continuing social problems caused by the shortage of nurses and the early resignation of new nurses, if a positive identity is established from the time of nursing students, by increasing the adaptation to university and social life, ultimately, responsibility and satisfaction with the nursing job can be improved. · Differences from prior research: Until now, research on the identity of nursing students has been mainly conducted on measuring identity levels or quantitative research on relationships with other variables. In this study, the process of forming the identity of nursing students can be understood in more depth through a qualitative research method called narrative research. · Research method: The study was conducted by narrative analysis for five months from March to July 2023. There were a total of 7 participants in the study, and a total of 4 writing and interviews per person. And the collected data was transcribed. · Research results: The process of forming the identity of the study participantss consisted of a total of four stages: self-awareness, problem recognition, self-understanding, and self-overcoming. · Contribution points and expected effects: The significance of this study is that the process of identity formation of nursing students was qualitatively approached through writing and narrative interviews, and it became a basic study for program development research to establish the identity of nursing students.
