현대 도시는 자본의 정치경제학을 따라 구축되었다. 자본의 정치경제학은 생산과 소비의 이원적 구조를 통해서 ‘생산-기계’이자 ‘소비-기계’로서의 인간을 생산하였 다. 도시공간의 사적 공간, 공적 공간, 사회적 공간의 분할은 이런 자본의 정치경제 학을 따라 이루어졌다. 오늘날 현대 도시는 생산-소비의 메커니즘을 자본 축적의 메커니즘으로 코드화하고 영토화하는 과정을 통해서 이루어졌다. 자본에 의한 생산의 포획은 임노동이라는 자본의 외부를 자본 내적 축적으로 코 드화하면서 노동자를 ‘생산-기계’로 생산한다. 반면 자본에 의한 소비의 포획은 노 동자를 ‘욕망의 정치경제학’으로 흡수하는 과정을 통해서 이루어졌다. 소비혁명은 세 번에 걸쳐 일어났다. 첫 번째는 기계제 대공업과 ‘대량생산-대량소비’ 시스템의 구축, 두 번째는 복지국가의 편입을 통해서 일어났으며 세 번째는 ‘다품종대량생 산’-유연생산전략 시스템을 통해서 일어났다. 그러나 이런 현대 도시의 스펙타클을 창조하는 흐름의 공간, 네트워크적 사회의 구성은 노동의 사회화, 사회적 협력의 가치를 사적으로 전유하는 과정이며 소비욕 망을 통해서 자연의 생명적 에너지를 ‘자본의 가치 증식 욕망’으로 바꾸어 놓은 것 이다. 이런 의미에서 현대 도시의 위기는 ‘화석에너지시스템’과 자본이 코드화-영토 화하는 ‘욕망의 정치경제학’에 의해 발생하고 있다. 따라서 이 논문은 바로 이런 위기를 극복하기 위해서는 ① 자본의 욕망이 포획하 는 소비욕망에 삶의 욕망을 대립시키고, ② 자본이 영토화하는 소비공간-생산공간 으로서의 도시를 자신의 생명을 생산하는 ‘자기가치화의 운동’, 즉 ‘자치적 생산-소 비 공동체의 건설’로 바꾸며, ③ 자연과 인간의 내적 교통-교감의 메커니즘을 회복 하는 패러다임의 전환이 필요하다고 주장한다.
Abstract
A contemporary city is formed by the political economy of capital. The political economy of capital produced a human being as ‘roduction-machine’ by way of a dualistic structure of space of production and consumption. A divided city as private space, public space, social space is formed by the political economy of capital. Today, A contemporary city go through a process of accumulation of capital that codify and territorialize a mechanism of production-consumption. A capture of space of production by capital make a ‘roduction-machine’of a wage worker by a mechanism of capital accumulation which codified a working force as the outside of capital. On the other hand, A capture of space of consumption by capital go through a process that a working man is absorbed into ‘olitical economy of desire.’The consuming revolution is third. First revolution spring from a machinery industry and system of mass production-mass consumption. Second revolution is concurred with a welfare state which state is incorporated into a part of capital accumulation. Third revolution concurred with a system of small quantity batch production. But a space of flow being creative of spectacle, a newly formed network society grab the property from a socialization of labor, value of collaborative work and replace the vital power of nature with propagational desire of capital. So what we are suggesting we think that the fossil energy system and political economy of desire bring forth to the crisis of contemporary city. So, for deal successfully with the crisis of contemporary city, this article propose that point: 1. being based on the vital power and holding out obstinately against a consuming desire seized with capital, 2. being replace the city as space of production-consumption territorialized by capital with the self-government community of production-consumption that give out the vital power of self, 3.paradigm shift reintegrated the mechanism of communication-mutual response between nature and human being.
