Abstract
Web 2.0 refers to the new ways of utilizing web, which includes user participation, sharing information, and open systems. As the web embraces more of the characteristics of Web 2.0, it is expected that some technologies will become more important. Those are technologies for categorizing information, information filtering, and massive collaboration on the web. In this paper, we describe current state of these technologies and future development and discuss how they will affect telecommunication industry.
