대구지하철참사 청소년생존자의 심리사회적 적응을 위한 인지행동적 위기상담의 효과

초록

본 연구에서는 인지행동적 위기상담 프로그램이 대구지하철참사 청소년생존자들의 심리사회적 적응에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 청소년생존자들로서 위기상담 프로그램에 참가를 희망하는 청소년 13명을 대구지하철참사부상자가족대책위원회로부터 추천을 받아 선정하였다. 단일집단 사전-사후검사 설계를 채택하여 총 10회기에 걸친 집중적 집단상담 프로그램이 실시되었다. 연구에 사용된 검사도구는 사건충격성 척도, Beck 우울 척도, 상태-특성 불안 척도, 상태-특성 분노 척도, 대처방식 척도, 및 사회적 지지 척도였다. 자료분석은 사전-사후 검사에서 얻은 점수를 사용하여 각 요인별 윌콕슨 부호순위검증(Wilcoxon Matched-Pairs Signed-Rank Test)을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 인지행동적 위기상담 프로그램은 청소년생존자들의 심리적 우울, 상태-특성 불안, 상태 분노, 문제집중적 대처방식, 사회적 지지 추구, 및 사회적 지원체계에 대한 인식도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the cognitive-behavioral crisis counseling program on the adolescent survivors' psychosocial adjustment in Daegu Subway Disaster. The subjects of this study were 13 adolescent survivors. With one-group pretest-posttest design, the 10-sessions intensive group counseling program was provided. Six instruments (Impact of Event Scale, Beck Depression Inventory, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, State-Trait Anger Scale, The Ways of Coping Checklist, & Social Support Scale) were administered to the subjects before and after the program. The data was analyzed with Wilcoxon Signed-ranks Test. Results indicated that a significant difference was detected in the depression, state-trait anxiety, state anger, problem-focused coping method, social support pursuit, and the perception of social support. The results of this study suggested the overall effects of applying the cognitive-behavioral crisis counseling to adolescent survivors of disaster.
