사관생도를 위한 사회적 기술척도(SSRS)의 타당화 연구

본 연구는 Gresham 과 Elliot(1990)의 대학생용 사회적 기술평정척도(Social Skill Rating System: SSRS)를 사관생도들을 대상으로 사용할 수 있도록 타당화하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 이를 위해 문성원(2002)이 한국 대학생들의 사회적 기술척도를 측정하기 위해 타당화한 K-SSRS를 사관생도들의 생활 실정에 맞게 문항을 수정한 이후 사관생도 250명에게 실시하고, 회수된 자료를 대상으로 요인분석을 실시했다. 분석 결과, 공통요인 분석과 사각회전을 통해 주장성, 공감, 협동성, 자기조절의 4요인이 추출되었고, 29개 문항 중 주장성 요인에 가장 많은 문항이 부하되었다. 사관생도용 사회적 기술척도의 공준타당도를 검증하기 위해 성격검사 하위요인과 상관을 분석한 결과 주장성은 외향적 성격과 높은 상관을 보였고, 공감은 지적개방과, 협동성은 호감성과, 자기조절은 정서적 안정성과 높은 상관을 보였다.
Abstract
This study explored th validity of the Social Skill Ration System for Military Cadet. To fulfill this objective, K-SSRS for College Student was examined and revised to fit cadet life environment. Then SSRS for Cadet was administered to 250 with Personality Inventory-Revision and the collected data was analyzed in factor analysis and correlation analysis. Factor analyses of the SSRS for Cadet resulted in one general factor and four interrelated factors; assertion, empathy, cooperation, and self-control. The result parallelled with preceding studies but 2 items were erased, 2 items added, and 7 items belonged differently. SSRS for Cadet correlated positively with personality inventory; assertion correlated positively with extroversion, empathy with intellectual openness, cooperation with favorableness and self-control with emotional stableness.
