대학입학사정관의 직업윤리 탐색

본 연구는 전문가들의 합의를 통해 대학 입학사정관에 적합한 윤리 강령에 포함되어야 할 요소들을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 선행 문헌들을 참고하여 입학사정관 직업윤리에 대한 개념모형을 설정하였으며, 델파이 기법을 적용하여 국내 대학 입학사정관제도과 관련된 입학사정관, 학부모, 진학담당교사, 대학보직교수 등 전문가 패널 30인을 구성하고 설정된 대학입학사정관 직업윤리 개념모형을 확인하고 보완하고자 하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 총 8개 영역(일반적 윤리, 전문성, 공정성, 홍보, 상호신뢰, 정보보호, 자기계발, 고등학교 윤리)과 54개의 윤리항목들을 제시하였다. 향후 각 대학들의 입학사정관 윤리강령을 제정하는데 도움을 주기 위하여 입학사정관 윤리강령의 다양한 활용방안에 대하여 논의하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to present, after consultation with professionals, the necessary components of the ethics codes for the college admissions officers. Using a delphi method, thirty delphi panels were selected from college admissions officers, parents, teachers, and professors. Eight areas (general ethics, professionalism, fairness, public relations, trust, privacy, professional development, ethics for high school) and 54 items for codes of ethics were derived. Diverse ideas for applications of the ethics codes were discussed to help many colleges to develop their own codes of admissions officer ethics.
