절도비행청소년의 PAI 반응 분석

초록

본 연구는 절도비행청소년을 대상으로 PAI에 나타난 심리적 특성을 파악하기 위해 이루어졌다. 이를 위해 2008년 1월부터 2010년 4월까지 A광역시 관내경찰서에 절도죄로 입건된 소년범 중 196명을 대상으로 2012년 2월까지 이들이 작성한 PAI검사지와 비행촉발요인조사서를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비행촉발요인조사서에 근거하여 절도비행 위험집단과 비위험집단의 PAI 프로파일의 차이분석을 실시하였을 때, 타당도 척도에서 비일관성, 부정적 인상, 긍정적인상간에 차이가 유의미하였으며 임상척도에서 위험집단이 비위험집단보다 우울, 경계선적 특징, 반사회적 특징, 공격성, 스트레스, 비지지가 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 절도비행청소년의 초범과 재범 집단에 따라 PAI 프로파일의 차이분석을 실시하였을 때, 타당도 척도에서 비일관성과 부정적 인상은 재범집단이 초범집단보다 유의미하게 높았고, 긍정적 인상에서는 초범집단이 재범집단보다 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 임상척도에서 신체적 호소, 불안, 우울, 망상, 정신분열병, 경계선적 특징, 반사회적 특징, 음주문제, 공격성, 자살관념, 스트레스, 비지지, 치료거부에서 재범집단이 초범집단보다 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 절도비행청소년의 PAI 프로파일의 타당도 척도와 임상척도의 T점수로 군집분석한 결과 내현화성향집단, 약물의존성향집단, 잠재위험성향집단, 반사회적성향집단 4유형으로 구분되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 논의 및 연구의 함의가 제시되었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate traits of theft adolescents on PAI. Subjects of the study consisted of 196 adolescents who were caught in the act of theft and then completed the PAI profiles and using Risk Assessment Tool after interviewing with criminal psychologists. The results were as follows. First, there are significant differences in ICN, NIM, PIM of the validity scales, and DEP, BOR, ANT, AGG, STR, NON of the treatment scales between theft the risk group and the non-risk group. Second, there are significant differences in ICN, NIM, PIM of the validity scales, and SOM, ANX, DEP, PAR, SCZ, BOR, ANT, ALC, AGG, SUI, STR, NON, RXR of the treatment scales between the non-recidivist group and the recidivist group. Third, results of cluster analysis produces four clusters internalizing group, substance dependency group, potential-risk group, and antisocial group. The internalizing group showed higher scores on DEP, ANX, ARD, PAR, SUI, STR on PAI. The substance dependency group showed higher scores on INF, ALC, DRG, RXR on PAI. The potential-risk group showed higher scores on PIM, RXR, WRM on PAI. The antisocial group showed higher scores on MAN, ANT, AGG, DOM on PAI. Based on these findings, conclusion and implications were discussed.
