효과적인 수업컨설팅을 위한 개입안(intervention) 설계 모형

초록

본 연구에서는 이론적인 고찰을 중심으로 효과적인 수업컨설팅을 위한 개입안 설계 모형과 그에 따른 실행절차 및 지침, 실행전략을 개발하여 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구를 통해 제시한 개입안 설계 모형은 첫째, 수행공학적 접근에 기초하여 컨설턴트와 교사 간에 협력적이고 창의적인 관점에서 개입을 설계하고 실행할 수 있는 절차 및 지침을 포함하고 있다. 둘째, 분석, 설계, 개발, 실행, 평가의 5단계가 체계적인 성격을 가지면서 현장 상황에 맞게 비선형적 체제적인 접근에서 구성되며, 각 단계별로 컨설팅에 필요한 구체적 실행전략과 고려 및 주의사항이 제시되어 있다. 분석단계에서는 개입안의 설계와 개발단계, 실행단계에서 유기적으로 상호작용하며 설계의 전 과정에 걸쳐 분석활동이 이루어지는데, 개입안 설계 시에 개입안 목표 규정, 개발 시 다양한 개입안 분석, 실행 시 실행모니터링 결과개관이 이루어진다. 설계 및 개발 단계에서는 컨설턴트와 교사의 협력적 상호작용, 창의적인 접근을 통해서 다양한 아이디어를 발상하고 구체적인 개입안들을 설계한 뒤에 프로토타입(prototype)수준에서 개입안들을 개발하게 된다. 이처럼 다양하게 선정되거나 개발된 개입안들은 선택준거에 따라 점검되어 최선의 개입안으로 선택된다. 실행과 평가단계에서는 컨설턴트와 교사간의 지속적인 모니터링이 이루어지게 되고, 모니터링 결과를 분석하여 개관한 뒤 보다 효과적인 실행이 이루어지도록 피드백이 이루어진다. 특히 평가단계는 실행 후에만 이루어지는 것이 아니라 설계 전 과정에서 역동적으로 이루어진다. 이러한 전략과 정보들은 현장의 수업컨설턴트와 교사들에게 실천적인 도움을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

The instructional situation is very complex and dynamic, so it is difficult to solve instructional problems by the improvement of a single variable, such as a teacher or a learner. Instruction consultants and teachers need to consider a variety of variables to solve problems regarding instructional mismatch. These problems need to be solved through systematic (linear) and systemic (nonlinear) approaches and processes. The purpose of this study is to develop an intervention design model for effective instructional consulting through literature review and contextual field investigation. The model of intervention design for instructional consultation uses performance technology to solve instructional problems by approaching these issues systematically through a systemic viewpoint. This model uses the processes of designing that would be executed through five systematic and systemic stages (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). Moreover, concrete action strategies are necessary for designing intervention. This model emphasizes the collaborative relationship between a consultant and a consultee (teacher) so that the consultant can enhance the active participation of the consultee during the consulting process.
