경호원의 질적향상을 위한 직업윤리교육 모색

공경호와 민간경호에서 활동하고 있는 경호원의 질을 높이기 위해서는 직업 윤리교육을 강조하는 교육을 통해 경호원 스스로 전문인으로서의 자긍심을 높이고 사회에 봉사하는 정신을 함양하도록 교육 시스템을 강화하고 체계적으로 실시할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 직업윤리 활성화 방안으로 경호 직업윤리 교육프로그램 개발에 대한 방향을 제시하였는데 그 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 조직의 일원으로서의 소속감 고취를 위해 조직에 대한 기본 이해와 자신의 업무에 대한 정확한 통찰을 제공할 수 있는 과정이 필요하다. 둘째, 멘토링이나 사회 봉사활동을 통한 선배와의 지속적인 만남을 바탕으로 바른 가치관을 심어주고 조직 내에서의 자신의 위치와 필요성을 깨달아 올바른 태도를 갖추도록 한다. 셋째, 프로의식 함양을 통해 전문가로서의 긍지와 보람을 느끼고 앞으로의 비전을 수립할 수 있는 과정을 제공한다. 즉 개인이나 팀에게 수행해야 할 과제를 제시해 줌으로써 구성원으로서의 사명감과 자부심을 함양시키도록 유도하는 비전 제시 프로그램을 제공한다. 넷째, 지속적인 현장 경험을 통해 기본적인 업무 능력을 향상시킴으로서 자신감을 고취시키고 적극적인 자세를 유도한다. 일종의 인턴 과정을 만들어 경호 현장에 지속적으로 참여할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 업무 종료 후 직무 피드백과정을 수행하게 함으로서 현장에서의 문제점, 갈등, 부족한 점 등에 대한 깊이 있는 성찰의 기회를 제공해 준다. 다섯째, 경호원은 고객과 최고 접점에서 만나는 회사의 공적인 얼굴로서 고객의 만족을 최우선으로 하는 서비스 정신을 갖추도록 예절과 서비스 교육을 해야 한다.
Abstract
To improve the quality of bodyguards working for official guard and private guard, it is necessary to raise their pride as professionals by themselves through the education emphasizing on the professional ethics, to strengthen the education system cultivating the spirits to contribute for society, and to keep performing systemic education opportunities. Accordingly, this study suggests the direction to develop program for the ethics education of guard as a plan to revitalize the ethics of guard as below. First. The process, providing the basic understanding on organization to raise the sense of belonging as a member of organization and a correct insight for their own duty, is necessary. Second. It is necessary to plant righteous sense of value through mentoring or community service based on continuous meeting with seniors and to make them take a righteous attitude by realizing their own position in the organization and their necessity. Third. It is necessary to provide them with the process to feel themselves as a professional and pride through the cultivation of professionalism, and to establish a vision for the future. In other words, a program, showing visions to induce the sense of duty and pride as a member of organization by presenting tasks to be performed to an individual or a team, should be provided. Fourth. it is necessary to raise confidence by improving basic capability through continuous field experiences and to induce their aggressive attitude. It is also necessary to provide the chances taking part in the field continuously by planning a kind of intern process, and reflecting on the problems occurred in the fields, conflict, limitation, etc, by performing the process of feedback after duty ends Fifth. It is necessary to educate manner and service education for them to be equipped with the spirit of service to think customer's satisfaction first as bodyguards are official figures of company to meet customers at an utmost point
