Abstract

In 1920, when the United States House of Representatives visited East Asia, the interim government planned various activities. The committee composed of the members of the United States Senate Inspection Committee and interviewed US lawmakers and submitted a complaint in the name of the representative of the Great Korean People’s Republic and the representative of each women’s Republic of Korea. Through this, I expressed my desire for independence of the Korean people and conveyed the reality of the suppression of the Japanese imperialism, thus revealing the necessity of independence of Korea. In addition, they organized a heated struggle in cooperation with national and international independence movement groups. As a result, the struggle to fight against Japanese-Japanese government offices and pro-Japanese people was developed. When the United States House of Representatives arrived at Seoul Station, a protest movement mobilized people. The independence movement developed by the Provisional Government in Korea was made possible through the communication network established in Korea and the activities of the Korean correspondent. All of these activities are examples of how to select various strategies according to the environment and circumstances of the provisional government and sometimes to see the development of the independent movement. Although there were more cases of frustration than success, and it was necessary to establish a partnership with an independent movement because it was difficult to develop independently, it eventually led to an independence movement. The fact that the interim government tried not to miss the opportunity, whether it succeeded or not, the fact that it carried out various cooperation activities with mobilized personnel, and did not neglect any of diplomacy, propaganda, It should be evaluated.
