과학관 전시공간에 나타난 감성적 표현 특성에 관한 연구

20세기 후반부터 과학관은 단순한 전시의 의미가 아닌 문화적 중심체로서 대중을 위한 열린 공간의 의미와 전시물과 관람자들의 상호 커뮤니케이션의 장으로 의미가 변모하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 과학관은 경험, 취향 등의 복합적인 감성적 가치가 중요시되는 물리적 공간으로 다양한 분야에서 감성적 요인이 반영된 형태와 표현 등을 통해 관람자에게 다양한 감성 자극을 일으킨다. 이에 본 논문은 과학관 전시공간에 나타나는 감성적 표현 특성을 살펴보고자 한다. 연구 범위는 19세기 이후의 국외 과학관 3곳을 사례대상지로 선정하였으며, 연구 방법은 감성에 대한 전반적인 이론을 문헌고찰 한다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 분석기준(틀)을 설정하여 과학관 전시공간에서 감성이 어떻게 표현되는가를 분석, 연구하고자 한다.
Abstract
From the late 20th century, meanings of the Science Museum has gradually being changed. It is not only simple exhibiton but also cultural centerosome for the public as open spaces; and the places for multiple interactivity between the displays and viewers. According to this flow, the Science Museum is the physical space, reflected by complexed sensory worth such as indivisuals' experience and personal taste that are highly regarded, that arouse emotional stimulation to watchers through form and expression that are sensible factors in a variety of other areas. Therefore, in this thesis, sensory expressional factors are examined in the Science Museum. Research field area is selected in 3 overseas Science Museums after 19th century and the process is based on theoretical study in sensory. In this study, how sensory factors are expressed in The Science Museum through this theoretical study with original analytic standard.
