도보여행의 관광공간에 관한 사례연구 : 종로구 20코스를 중심으로

전국지방자치단체에서는 해당 지역의 브랜드 제고, 관광객 유치를 위해 여러 관광자원을 개발하고 있으며 그 중에서 녹색과 웰빙 붐을 타고 도보여행을 주요 관광상품으로 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 종로구에서 도보여행을 위해 개발한 종로구 20코스를 중심으로 관광공간에 관한 사례연구를 하였다. 연구방법은 이론적 고찰을 통해 문헌연구와 현황에 대한 자료를 수집하였고 현장답사를 실시하여 사진촬영과 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 연구의 결과 역사공간은 91개, 문화공간은 31개, 휴식여가공간은 74개, 자연생태공간은 17개 공간으로 구성되어 있었다. 이상의 관광분류체계와 연구결과는 향후 기존의 관광자원과 차별성 있고 특색있는 도보관광상품의 개발 및 도보탐방로의 조성에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 역사문화공간이 산재한 종로구의 브랜드이미지 향상과 역사문화공간연구에 도움이 될 것으로 생각한다.
Abstract
Local governments all over the country have been developing several tourist resources to enhance the brand of their region and attract tourists. Among other things, they have been developing the pedestrian tour as the major tourism product with the green and well-being booms. This study attempted a case study on the space of walking tour with a focus on 20 courses in Jongro-gu developed for the walking tour. Research methods were theoretical considerations on the state and a literature study data were collected. Through field trips, photo shoots and interviews were conducted. As a result, it was found that they were composed of 91 historical spaces, 31 cultural spaces, 74 rest and leisure spaces and 17 natural and ecological spaces. It is expected that the above tourism classification system and the findings of this study will contribute to the development of existing tourism resources and differentiated and characteristic pedestrian tourism products and the preparation of walking routes. And they are thought to assist in improving the brand image of Jongro-gu dotted with historical and cultual spaces and investigating them.
