초록

본 연구는 구조화된 전문가 판단 모델(SPJ) 기반 성폭력위험성평가 2판(SVR-20V2)를 국내 타당화하는 데 목적을 둔다. 이를 위해 수용 중인 성범죄자 27명을 대상으로 4명의 연구자가 독립적인 평가를 실시하여 평가자간 신뢰도, 검사-재검사 신뢰도, 수렴타당도를 확인하여 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하였다. 이후 일반화가능도 이론을 활용하여 각 단면별 오류 수준을 확인함으로써 본 도구를 실제 활용할 때 참고해야 할 사항을 제시하였다. 연구 결과 전체적으로 만족할 만한 평가자간 신뢰도를 확인할 수 있었으며 재검사 과정에서도 높은 신뢰도를 확인할 수 있었다. 수렴타당도 또한 적정 수준의 상관을 보였다. 일반화가능도 이론에서는 최근 및 과거 기준으로 개별 문항이 갖는 오류 수준이 다른 분산성분보다 많다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 SPJ 기반 평가 도구인 SVR-20V2를 타당화하여 현장에서 활용할 수 있도록 기틀을 마련하였다는 점, 평가자간 신뢰도를 최초로 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 교정기관, 가정 및 형사법원에서 성폭력 위험성 평가와 이에 대한 관리 전략을 수립하기 위한 목적으로 SVR-20V2가 널리 활용되기를 기대한다.

Abstract

This study aims to validate the Structured Professional Judgment model (SPJ)-based sexual risk assessment tool, SVR-20V2. To this end, three researchers conducted an independent evaluation of 27 imprisoned sex offenders to verify interrater reliability, test-retest reliability, and convergent validity. After that, by using the generalizability theory to check the level of error for each section, the matters to be referenced in actual use of this tool were used. As a result of the study, interrater reliability was satisfactory, and high reliability was confirmed during the retest process. Convergent validity also showed an appropriate level of correlation. In the generalizability theory, it was confirmed that the level of error of individual items on a recent and past basis was higher than that of other variance components. This study is significant in that it validates SVR-20V2, an SPJ-based evaluation tool, and laid the foundation for use in the Korean field, and presented interrater reliability for the first time. In the future, it is hoped that SVR-20V2 will be widely used in correctional institutions, family and criminal courts for the purpose of evaluating sexual risks and establishing management strategies for them.
