최근에 아동에 대한 유괴 및 관련 범죄는 사회 문제로 부각되어 가고 있는 실정이다. 범죄가 일어나는 곳은 주택가와 놀이터, 공원 등에서 발생하고 있으며 갈수록 흉포화 되어 가고 있다. 이러한 우려를 막기 위하여 여러 가지 제도가 시행되고 있지만 안심 할 수 없는 것이 현실이다. IT 기술의 발달과 보급으로 인하여 골목길과 주택가 근처에 CCTV가 설치되어 있지만 이는 주로 사건이 발생된 후에 필요한 단서로 주로 활용되고 실제로 현장에서 사건을 방지 할 수 없기 때문에 범죄 단절에 취약하다. 이러한 현실에서 아동에 경우 더욱더 범죄에 취약하기 때문에 더욱더 주의가 필요하다. 아동의 지킴이 제도는 과거부터 아동의 유괴 및 관련범죄 예방방지를 위해 경찰청 및 지방 자치단체에서 운영되고 있는 프로그램이다. 그런데 최근의 조사에 의하면 아동지킴이 예방효과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대했으나 미흡한 부분이 많아 추가적으로 연구할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 또한, GPS를 이용하여 얻은 위치정보와 사용자가 지정한 범위에 해당 위치에 정보를 이용하여 아동의 대한 안심 서비스를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 구현 할 필요가 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 아이폰을 기반으로 한 GPS를 통하여 현재의 아동의 위치를 입력받아 무선 네트워크를 통하여 DB서버에 데이터를 저장하고 이를 통하여 아동 위치를 부모가 알게 함으로써 아동에 대한 위치 정보를 바탕으로 부모가 아동 모니터링을 가능하게 해주는 안전관리 서비스를 구현하고자 한다.
Abstract
In our society today, kidnaping and the crime related with children and kidnapping is a serious social issue. The crime is happening near residential areas, playgrounds and parks and it is getting outrageous. The government is making various systems to protect these concerns but it is not enough. CCTV are installed near residential areas, streets and alleys due to the development of IT technology but it is not the perfect way to prevent the crime because those CCTVs are available for the gathering of the evidence after the crime occurs not for the protection before the crime occurs. Under this current social situation, we have to pay attention to protect the fragile children. The guard system for children is operated by National Police Agency and the local governments to prevent the crimes. Recent researches show that the guard system for children has to be studied additionally to protect kids positively due to unsatisfactory outcomes. In addition, it is necessary to implement an application that provides the child's relief service by using the position information obtained by using the GPS and the information at the corresponding position in the range designated by the user. This paper aims to find a safety system to be possible for monitoring children using GPS on I-phones which can provide information to parents and saves the information of kids location at database server through wireless networks.
