유아교사의 디지털 리터러시가 놀이교수효능감과 교수창의성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 변화하는 시대에 발맞춰 유아 중심, 놀이 중심의 2019 개정 누리과정 실행에 있어 놀이를 확장하고 심화시키는 매개 수단으로 디지털 리터러시 역량과 그 어느 때보다 유아 놀이의 이해와 놀이 환경 지원에 핵심이 되는 유아교사의 놀이교수효능감과 교수창의성에 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지 알아보고자 하는 것을 목적으로 둔다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시가 놀이교수효능감에 미치는 영향에서는 놀이교수효능감의 하위요인인 개인교수효능감과 유아교사직효능감에는 디지털 리터러시의 하위요인 중 디지털 미디어 리터러시 이해가 영향을 미치지 않고 디지털 미디어 수업 활용 능력에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시가 교수창의성에 미치는 영향에서는 일반적 지식과 사고기반, 동기와 동기유발 그리고 개방성과 모호함의 허용에는 디지털 미디어 리터러시 이해와 디지털 미디어 수업 활용 능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 확산적 사고와 행위, 특정 영역의 지식기반과 기술, 집중하여 과제 수행하기에는 디지털 미디어 리터러시 이해가 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고 디지털 미디어 수업 활용 능력이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사의 교수창의성과 놀이교수효능감은 유의미한 상관관계가 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 디지털 리터러시는 유아교사가 기본적으로 갖춰야 할 역량이라는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 유아교사는 디지털 리터러시와 관련한 연수 및 교육에 참여함으로써 디지털 리터러시 역량을 갖추고 교육현장의 변화에 맞춰가야 한다. 또한 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시를 증진시키기 위한 지속적인 연구 및 교육 그리고 다양한 프로그램의 개발이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out how digital literacy correlates with early childhood teachers' play teaching efficacy and teaching creativity. To this end, a survey of early childhood teachers at kindergartens and daycare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do was conducted from February 1 to February 14, 2023, and the final 135 copies were used. The results of the study are as follows. First, understanding digital media literacy among the sub-factors of digital literacy does not affect personal teaching efficacy and early childhood teaching efficacy, which are sub-factors of play teaching efficacy, but affects the ability to use digital media classes. Second, understanding digital media literacy and ability to utilize digital media classes have an impact on general knowledge and thinking base, motivation and motivation, and openness and ambiguity in the impact of digital literacy on teaching creativity of early childhood teachers. In addition, it was found that diffusion thinking and behavior, knowledge base and technology in a specific area, and understanding of digital media literacy did not affect intensive tasks, but the ability to use digital media classes had an effect. Third, there is a significant correlation between early childhood teachers' teaching creativity and play teaching efficacy. From the results of these studies, it can be seen that digital literacy is a basic competency that early childhood teachers should have. Therefore, early childhood teachers should have digital literacy capabilities and adapt to changes in the educational field by participating in training and education related to digital literacy.
