재외 한국학교 교원 인사관리 실태 분석

Abstract

This study analyzed of personnel management of overseas Korean school teachers. As a result, the following implications were derived. First, many conflicts arise due to the classification of teacher recruitment types and the differential management system. Second, there is a big difference in school financial management or teacher supply and demand depending on the presence or absence of dispatched teachers. Third, as the dependence on locally hired teachers increases, the problem of teacher professionalism is occurring. Fourth, because the work evaluation did not exert an influence, motivation was not achieved within Korean schools abroad. This dissertation will be able to provide an understanding of how institutional and policy approaches should be taken to improve the problems of overseas Korean education-related laws by systematically analyzing the situation of teacher personnel management in overseas Korean schools.
