간질아동 가족통정감 및 가족강인성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구
A Study of Family Coherence and Family Hardiness Level of Family of Children with Epilepsy and Its Predict factors

]간질아동가족을 대상으로 강점관점에서 수행된 연구는 매우 부족한 실정으로, 본 연구는 간질아동가족의 탄력성수준과 이들에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하여 사회복지의 임상실천에서의 함의를 도출하고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 학령기인 만 8세부터 17세 사이의 간질을 갖고 있는 아동의 어머니로서, 가족탄력성의 측정은 McCubbin 등(1987)의 재생적가족모델에서 가족탄력성을 구성하는 가족통정감과 가족강인성을 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 최종분석에 사용된 사례는 141명이었다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인구사회학적 아동 및 가족변수가운데는 부와 모의 건강, 가족 월 소득이 가족통정감과 가족강인성에 차이를 주는 중요한 변수로 조사되었다. 그리고 아동변수로는 유병기간이 가족통정감에 차이를 주는 변수로 조사되었다. 둘째, 간질의 심각성 및 예후와 관련한 가족의 질병과 관련한 인지는 가족탄력성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 가족내적요인인 부부관계만족도와 결혼만족도는 가족통정감 및 가족강인성의 모든 하위차원에 정적 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 요인으로 조사되었다. 넷째, 가족외적요인으로 간질의 사회인식에 대한 가족인지 및 가족생활에 미친 영향인지가 각각 가족통정감과 가족강인성에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 기능하였다. 이 연구는 가족통정감과 가족강인성의 각각의 하위차원에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 분석해 냄으로서 보다 구체적인 개입전략을 수립하기 위한 기초 자료를 제시하였다. 또한 탄력적 가족을 위한 연구의 임상실천에서의 함의와 함께 가족탄력성 연구의 이론 정립을 위한 후속연구의 필요성을 제기하였다.
