Abstract
The author reported a 17 year-old-schizophrenic high school Korean girl who developed an enuretic episode with daily dose 200mg of clozapine and ceased the enuretic episode at 150mg per day. The author also reviewed the literatures about clozapine induced enuresis and urinary incontinence and the treatment involved therein.
