Abstract

In this paper, I tried to inspect carefully how the Minjung theological world view that is overlooked all the while is expressed in the early poems of Go Jeung-Hee. The Images like night, wind sometimes appeared in her early poems are functioned as an allusion of complications between religion and reality. the poetic ego is in trouble with conflict between the desire to escape from the situation and to be honest with that. but finally, she can't help but accept the ethical anguish without deducing any type of reconciliation from the mental conflict. she often describe the psychological trauma that can't be assigned to the symbolical order. and the mental complications is shown by the phase of the consistent flowing of the soul that is dead but not completely into the poetic world. she criticized the negativity of real world in the viewpoint which is based on the biblical creed. but she couldn't be confident of herself. then in her early poems, the feeling like a rupture with the mental home(diaspora) is repeatedly revealed.
