Nature including forest environments provide psychological benefit, so called restoration levels. The main objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between visitors’ preference on their visiting place and their restoration levels. To collect data, we surveyed 1,249 visitors to three therapeutic forests (Saneum, Cheongtae, and Jangsung) during the year of 2011. 26 questionnaires were developed by 5 point Likert scale and thus the preference of each places was quantitative analysed. The results of data analyses indicated that there was a positive correlation between visitors’ preference and restoration levels.
