본 연구 대상지인 함열리는 농산촌 어메니티 잠재자원은 함라산과 인접해 있는 전형적인 농산촌마을로서 주변 지역에 환경오염의 우려가 적고 수려한 자연경관을 지니고 있으며, 마을 내에 문화재와 자체 축제 등의 자원이 풍부한 지역으로 농촌관광 기본방향과 전략방안 어메니티 조성계획을 하는데 목적이 있다. 마을 공간 계획은 커뮤니티 형성, 유휴지를 활용한 어메니티 공간 확보, 전통적이고 정겨운 마을 분위기 형성 등, 옛 선조들이 산림 휴양문화를 공감할 수 있는 공동체와 같은 촌락 공동체의 형성을 구성한다. 지역관광 및 프로그램수립은 구절초 특성화로 체험 프로그램을 통해 관광객 유치하여 마을의 경쟁력을 높이고, 경작을 통한 커뮤니티 형성으로 방문한 도시민과 옛 선조들이 농사를 위한 공동 작업하는 두레와 같은 촌락 공동체를 형성한다.
Abstract
Hamyeol-ri which is object of this research is an area of typical farming village in the vicinity of Hamra Mountain. There is little fear of environmental pollution in neighboring area and it has beautiful natural landscape. Within the village there are rich cultural resources such as cultural properties and festivals etc. accordingly in this research this area is studied for the purpose of establishing basic plan for sightseeing of farming village and plan for fostering strategic amenity. In the village space plan creation of community, securing amenity space by utilizing idle land and creation of rural village community with traditional and affable atmosphere of the village through collective laboring operation for farming as practised by ancestors were included. For establishing regional sightseeing and program it was planned to create rural village community same as Dure of our ancestors through collective laboring for farming through formation of farming community and by inducing tourists through specialized program of experience for Chrysanthemum zawadskii thus heightening competitiveness of the village.
