산림레포츠 현황 및 자격제도 도입 필요성에 관한 연구

국민소득이 높아지면서 레저활동 수준이 향상되고 다양해지면서 산림레포츠를 즐기는 인구수요가 증가하고 있다. 산림레포츠는 활동성이 크며, 안전성이 기본으로 요구되지만 안전과 관련된 매뉴얼이나 법적인 규제는 미비한 상태이다. 따라서 체계적이고 안전한 산림레포츠 휴양서비스를 제공하기 위해서 전문가 자격증 도입이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 이와 관련하여 산림청의 산림레포츠 활성화를 위한 추진계획 현황을 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 산림레포츠와 연관된 레포츠 분야별 자격을 알아보고, 자격제도가 운영에 필수적으로 적합한지도 고찰하였다. 또한 현재 활성화 중인 산림관련 자격과정의 문제점 등을 분석하여 산림레포츠 자격제도는 문제발생을 대처할 수 있는 방안과 자격제도 도입을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다.
Abstract
As the national income rises, the leisure activity level is improving and diversified, and the population demand for forest leisure sports is increasing. Forest leisure sports are very active and safety require basically, but safety manuals and legal regulations are insufficient. Therefore, in order to provide systematic and safe forest leisure sports and recreation services, it is necessary to introduce the certification of expert. In this study, the current status of the promotion plan for forest leisure sports activation by the Korea Forest Service. In addition, this study examines the qualifications of each leisure sports sector related to forest leisure sports and also considers whether the qualification system is essential for operation. In addition, by analyzing the problems of the forest related qualification process, the forest leisure sport qualification system is intended to provide a plan to cope with problems and present a guide line of qualification system
