본 연구는 변산반도 국립공원지역에서 어린이들이 가족과 함께한 휴양활동의 상태와 만족도를 조사하는데 있다. 본 연구는 전라북도 변산군에서 학교에 다니는 초·중학생 292명을 대상으로 이루어졌다. 자료분석에 t-Test와 Anova를 사용했다. 주요결과는 아래와 같다. 첫째, 초등학생이 중학생보다 가족 여가 활동을 더욱 빈번하게 참여하는 것으로 드러났다. 반면에, 중학교 3학년생은 가족 여가활동에 참여율이 더욱 저조하였다. 아버지의 직업에 따른 여가활동의 상황은, 사무실에서 일하는 아버지 집단이 다른 단체의 집단보다 참여율이 더욱 높은 것으로 드러났다. 둘째, 성(性)에 따른 가족 여가활동에서 십대들의 만족도는 여학생이 남학생보다 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다. 학교를 기준으로 했을 경우, 가족 휴양활동에서 십대들의 만족도는 초등학생의 만족이 가장 높았고 중학교 3학년이 가장 낮았다. 아버지의 직업으로 분류한 결과, 가족 휴양활동에서 십대들의 만족도는 사무실에서 일하는 아버지집단이 가장 높았고 실업상태의 아버지 집단에서 가장 낮게 나타났다.
Abstract
This study was designated to investigate conditions and satisfaction of children’s recreation activities with their family in Byeonsan National Park Area. The study’s subjects were 292 teenagers from elementary schools and junior high schools at Byeonsan County, Junbuk Province. The data was nalyzed using t-Test and ANOVA. The major findings were as follows. First, the elementary school group turned out to participate in the family recreation activities more frequently than the middle school groups. On the other hand, the middle school 3rd grade group showed the lowest activity of family recreation. As for the conditions of family recreation by father’s job, the office worker group appears to participate in family recreation activities more frequently than other groups. Second, as for the teenager’s satisfaction with family recreation by gender, the female students were satisfied more than the males students. As for the teenager’s satisfaction with family recreation by school, the elementary school group is the most satisfied and the 3rd grade of middle school group was the least. As for the teenager’s satisfaction with family recreation by father’s job, the office worker group was the most satisfied and the unemployed group were the least.
