본 연구는 은퇴 액티브시니어의 농촌 치유관광에 대한 제약요인을 밝히고, 건강관심도 수준에 따른 인식 차이를 구명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국에 거주하는 만 61세부터 74세까지의 은퇴 액티브시니어(n=1,000명)를 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 29.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 교차분석, 요인분석, 독립표본 t-검정으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 은퇴 액티브시니어의 농촌 치유관광 제약요인은 ‘심리적’, ‘정보’, ‘시간·경제적’, ‘물리적’, ‘대인적’ 다섯 개의 요인으로 나타났으며, 이 중 정보제약(M=3.28)의 평균이 가장 높게 나타났다. 건강관심도 수준에 따른 제약요인 차이 분석결과, 정보제약(t=2.064, p<0.05), 시간·경제적 제약(t=2.810, p<0.01), 대인적 제약(t=4.293, p<0.001)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 건강관심도가 높은 집단의 경우 농촌 치유관광 제약인식이 모든 요인에서 낮게 나타났다. 결론적으로 은퇴 액티브시니어의 농촌 치유관광 참여 확대를 위해서는 농촌치유관광에 대한 정보제공이 우선적으로 개선되어야 하며, 건강관심도 수준에 따라 차이가 나타나는 제약요인 해결방안을 모색하여 프로그램 참여방안을 다각도로 검토하는 것이 필요한 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
This study aimed to explore constraint factors on rural healing tourism among retired seniors and identify differences in perception according to health interest levels. An online survey was conducted with 1,000 retired active seniors aged 61 to 74 residing nationwide. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 29.0 through frequency analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, factor analysis, and independent samples t-test. The results revealed that constraint factors on rural healing tourism among retired active seniors were categorized into five factors: ‘psychological’, ‘informational’, ‘temporal-economic’, ‘physical’, and ‘interpersonal’ constraints, with informational constraints showing the highest mean score (M=3.28). Analysis of differences in constraint factors according to health interest levels showed statistically significant differences in informational constraints (t=2.064, p<0.05), temporal-economic constraints (t=2.810, p<0.01), and interpersonal constraints (t=4.293, p<0.01). The group with high health interest showed lower constraint perceptions across all factors in rural healing tourism. In conclusion, to expand participation of retired active seniors in rural healing tourism, information provision about rural healing tourism should be improved as a priority, and it is necessary to seek solutions for constraint factors that differ according to health interest levels and examine program participation strategies from multiple perspectives.
