사찰림을 활용한 산림치유 프로그램 선호도 분석 - 삼방사 이용자를 대상으로 -

초록

사찰림을 활용한 산림치유 프로그램의 효율적인 개발을 위해서는 대상자인 사찰림 이용자의 선호도 및 특성 분석이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 산림치유 프로그램 도입을 고려하고 있는 삼방사 사찰림 이용자 성인을 대상으로 산림치유 프로그램에 관한 관심, 요구 및 선호도에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자기보고식으로 응답한 설문 151부를 회수하여, SPSS 19.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계분석, 빈도분석, 일원변량분석, 독립표본 t검정, 단순회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 성별, 연령, 학력, 결혼 여부, 직업, 소득 수준, 수행 기간, 방문 빈도, 산림치유 참여 경험, 가이드 동반 여부, 숲 상태, 숲 거리에 따라서 산림치유 프로그램 선호도의 차이가 유의하게 나타났다. 또한 3개의 산림치유 프로그램 선호도가 회복환경지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 논문에서 살펴본 바와 같이, 사찰림 산림치유 프로그램을 개발하기 위해서는 대상이 되는 사찰림 이용자의 산림치유 프로그램 선호도에 유의한 차이를 나타내는 다양한 변수들을 고려하여야 한다.

Abstract

For the efficient development of the forest therapy programs using temple forests, it is necessary to analyze the preferences and characteristics of the target temple forest users. Therefore, in this study, a survey was conducted on the interests, needs, and preferences of the forest therapy program for adults of Sambang-sa temple forest users who are considering the introduction of the forest therapy program. 151 self-reported questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the SPSS 19.0 program. For data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis, frequency analysis, one-way analysis of variance, independent sample t-test, and simple regression analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis, preference for forest therapy programs that showed significant differences according to gender, age, educational background, marital ststus, occupation, income level, duration of performance, visiting frequency, forest therapy experience, activity type, forest type, and distance to forest was found. In addition, the preference for three forest therapy programs was found to have a positive effect on the perceieved restorative environment. As discussed in this paper, in order to develop forest therapy programs, various variables indicating a significant difference in the preference for forest therapy programs of target temple forest users should be considered.
