Abstract
This study analyzed the effects of forest experience activities on infant happiness and creativity, and the following results were obtained. First, there was a significant difference in the long-term forest experience group in the analysis of the forest experience before and after the forest experience on happiness, and there was no statistically significant difference in the short-term forest experience group. Therefore, it can be said that long-term forest experience activities have a more positive effect on the happiness of infants. Second, in the analysis of the forest experience survey on creativity, the long-term forest experience group showed significant differences between before and after experience in all factors except fluency, which is a sub-component of creativity. Third, looking at the difference between the long-term forest experience group and the short-term forest experience group, the effect after experience in the long-term forest experience group was higher in all areas such as family environment, self-characteristics, ability, and interpersonal relations. In addition, in terms of creativity, in all areas such as sub-components such as fluency, flexibility, imagination, and originality, the effect after experience in the long-term forest experience group was higher than in the short-term forest experience group. Therefore, forest experience activities contributed to improving children’s happiness and creativity, and long-term forest experience activities had a greater effect than short-term forest experience activities.
