Abstract

Discussing the criminal law of the United States is bound to have inherent limitations or inconsistencies in the attempt itself due to its vastness and complexity of composition. In addition, considering that textbooks and literature on criminal law in the U.S. are not just discussing the substantive law but always including the procedural law in the category, studying the trends of revision of the U.S. criminal law may not reach a certain level even if one tries hard for life. Therefore, introducing the latest developments in U.S. criminal law on short ground is not only an impossible task, but also an attempt at a highly biased bias according to the subject of the person who organizes them. Therefore, in discussing criminal law in the United States in this paper, I have focused on certain topics that have focused a lot on the current correctional realities of the United States. The reality of correctional facility have had a profound impact on the revision trend of criminal law. I try to focus on certain topics regarding the data released on the Internet - human trafficking, drug crimes, self-defense, death penalty, sex offenders.
