본 연구는 고해상도 위성영상을 활용하여 현재 기초 지자체 단위로 시행하고 있는 ‘도로명 및 건물번호부여사업’의 현장조사 및 기본도를 위한 기초 데이터를 구축하는 것이다.대부분의 지방자치단체는 기존의 1:1,000 과 1:5,000 축척의 수치지도로 제작된 기본도에만 의존하여 현장조사를 진행하여 왔으며, 이 과정에서 현장조사원의 사전지식 부족 및 기본도의 현실성 결여 등으로 인하여 사업초기 상당한 시행착오를 일으킨다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 기존의 국토지리정보원 수치지도에 근거한 기본도를 보완하기 위한 방안으로 고해상도 위성영상의 활용을 제시하였다.본 사업을 통하여 구축된 위성영상 자료는 타 업무에서도 활용이 가능하여 지방자치단체의 계획 수립의 기초자료로서도 그 활용성이 높을 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
The subject of the study which it sees currently for the on-the-spot survey and base map editing of the new address enterprise which it is accomplishing with an each local government unit to apply the high resolution satellite image. Most local government use 1:1,000 and 1:5,000 scale digital map for site investigation. In this process absence of site investment’s preceding knowledge and base map’s up-to-date quality make many undergoes a trial and error. In order to solve this problem with this it complements the basic degree which is based to the National Geographic Information Institute digital map of existing it presented the application of this high resolution satellite image with the plan for. The satellite image which is constructed the application is possible even from different part, as fundamental data of local self-governing group planning the application value is high.
