Abstract

Recently, Government and Home Affairs planed to carry out a project of digitizing cadastral maps as construct of the NGIS for the efficient management and the development direction of land. But, digitizing graphical cadastral maps has many intrinsic problems such as discordance when merging neighboring maps due to deformation of aged paper maps and a long time used..Therefore, aerial photographs can be very useful. Digital orthophotos, produced from them, can be used to examine validity of digitalized cadastral maps, to the edge matching and building of present conditions management, boundary editing, cadastral reform.In this study, practiced and analyzed the edge matching, studied using field and possibility by the overlay digitalized cadastral maps and digital orthophotos.
