매입임대주택의 공급 및 관리 개선방안 연구 - 서울시 A공사를 중심으로 -

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the problems in the supply and management of purchased rental properties, and is to find an efficient and systematic supply and management plan. Purchased Rental Housing in this study was limited to Housing that Seoul A corporation management. Through previous studies, Management division was separated supply sector, the physical sector, the social sector. Then, the obtained current status and problems, proposed the following implications. First, we need the improved system that can be remodeled after the purchase, to give the opportunity to second ranking in the resident’s selection, to be unified supply system, in the supply sector. Second, we supposed the Institutionalization of the reserve for special repairs on the physical side, the support of the central and local governments, the construction of a database, and the safety inspection system. Third, we proposed housing welfare counselors, community and cooperation, and the composition community space on social sector.
