이슈분석을 통한 스마트시티 솔루션 도출 방안

스마트시티 솔루션은 기후변화, 인구증가 등 국가 및 도시현안 문제들을 해결하는 주요한 수단으로 스마트시티 경쟁력 확보를 위한 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 스마트시티 솔루션 도출 프레임워크를 제시하고, 스마트시티 7개 분야의 솔루션 도출 사례를 살펴보았다. 스마트시티의 분야를 안전/시설물 관리, 물관리, 교통, 에너지/환경, 스마트홈, 공간정보, ICT 7개 분야로 구분하여, 각 분야별 전문가 논의를 통해 이슈에 대응하는 스마트시티 솔루션을 도출하였다. 스마트시티 각 분야별 이슈사항에 대응하는 솔루션의 탐색은 향후 효과적이고 바람직한 스마트시티 전략 방향을 설정하는데 기여 할 수 있으며, 스마트시티 시장에서 기술 경쟁력 확보 및 정부·기업·시민 간 협력체계를 구성하는데 기반적 역할을 할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
Making smart city solution is emerging as an important strategy to solve the problems generated by the climate change, the urban population growth, and rapid urbanization and to gain competitiveness for smart city. This paper proposes a framework to derive a smart city solution, and look over the examples of seven smart city areas. The areas are divided by safety and infrastructure management, water management, transportation, energy and environment, smart-home, GIS, and ICT. In response to the issues, this study derives smart city solutions from discussions with the experts in each area. The exploration of solutions which correspond to each area of smart city can contribute to the effective and correct strategy of smart city for years to come. Smart city solutions based on issue analysis can be used to ensure technical competitiveness in smart city markets. Also, they can be applied to establish a fundamental role for government, enterprises, and citizen partnership.
